How we handle personal information

Hyde Park and Belgravia Property Consultants Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 06875521. Registered office: Level 5a Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7NF. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect and why

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics. The personal information we receive through it is what you choose to send us: your name, contact details and the content of your message when you write to us at info@hyde-park-consultants.uk. In addition, the server that hosts this website keeps short-lived access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security purposes; these are deleted in the ordinary course.

We use that information to reply to you and to deal with the matter you raise. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the matter in hand and any obligations that follow from it, and is then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It may be processed on our behalf by the providers that host our email and this website, and may be shared with professional advisers where a matter requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal information, object to or ask us to restrict its use, and ask for it in a portable form. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
